Cancellation Policy
You may cancel lessons by giving at least 24 hours notice prior to the lesson time, in which case no fees will be incurred. Lessons not attended without giving 24 hours prior notice will be charged at the full rate.
No-Show Policy
Students who are not present or are more than 15 minutes late are considered no-shows. In this case, the teacher has no obligation to uphold the lesson. Nevertheless, you are still responsible for payment for the tutoring session. No discount or refunds shall be given in respect of lessons not attended.
Three Strike Policy
Because the nature of the tutoring sessions is to improve performance it is pertinent to attend regularly and on time. If there are 3 or more cancellations or no-shows, I reserve the right to withhold service or to ask for payment prior to confirming any future lessons.
